Note: A new account wouldn't be created going through the forgot password process..so it seems a little odd that you have this problem without actually creating a new account.

The commands (not Mac) for getting the trace should work on Firefox. Are you clicking on the blue background of the site to start?

Can you clear your Flash cache & then try again?

Hmmm...this is generally an issue with the drivers. Does the same thing happen on a site like YouTube? If so, might be a Flash issue...

I can file a bug if it doesn't. I will need to get a Flash trace, however (send to contact@tokbox.com or bugs@tokbox.com).

1. Click somewhere on the blue background of the site.
2. Hit the [Tab] key on the kbd
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D (Ctrl+Option+Shift+D on Mac)
RESULT: You should see a whole pile of text
4. Press Ctrl+A to select-All (Cmd+A on a Mac), or right-click and
Select All
5. Press Ctrl+C to copy to the clipboard (Cmd+C on a Mac)
6. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D again to restore the normal view to the site

Not a widespread problem at all (we have many thousands of people that use the site every day w/o issue). What camera & operating system are you using? The *general* cause of a black screen is camera drivers that aren't updated.

As mentioned in this thread as well, Linux will cause issues most of the time because we don't officially support Linux just yet.

Which operating sytem are you using? What kind of webcam? How many tabs do you have open?

There's a logout option on the left sidebar.

Are you using the AIR app? If so, you would also want to check to make sure you have the automatic login option turned off.
