Biannual recurring invoices optionAny chance of adding 'biannual' to the list of options for recurring invoices? Even better would be the option to specify a custom recurring period, in a similar way to iCal, but I can see that would be a lot more involved.

This weeks release saw the implementation of our new flexible tables for invoices so you can now view all overdue and open invoices as well as some other views.
It's still a work in progress, and we'll be improving this in the coming weeks, but we'd love to hear your feedback. Is this flexible enough or would you like to have more control over the data?
We'll be rolling this out across the app over the next few releases, so stay tuned for updates.

Ed, thanks for getting back to me quickly. I think I agree with djwhisky. It doesn't seem inevitable to me that an employee needs a FreeAgent login. Creating a login for an employee feels like it should be an option rather than mandatory. I've emailed you the details of the user account I'd like to 'disable'. Many thanks.

Tom,
Users aren't deletable if they have any payment, expense, timeslip etc data in the system.
We have overlooked the requirement that you have to disable their access - for which we're sorry.
We'll add the facility for the primary user (the one who signed up) to change any user's password, which should have the desired effect.
In the meantime, if you can email me (ed at freeagentcentral dot com) with the user details (your company account name, the user name) we'll change the password from our end.

Revoking user accessI'd like to revoke the access of an ex-employee to FreeAgent. I can't find any option to delete their user account or remove their login. Please can you advise?
