Why does this company ignore my correspondence? On Sat, Nov 25, 2006 at 6:27 PM, I wrote:
I have just been knocked of my bike (at 4.30pm) on North St by a no 28 bus heading for Ringmer. I was over taking a bus that was stopped when I narrowly avoided a head on collision by jumping off my bike. I was astonished the driver only stopped to tell me I was on the wrong side of a very wide white line (I wasn't) and sped off without asking if I or my bike were ok (we weren't). Do you not have a policy for a slightly more responsible approach to accidents like this?

vcard import for new customersI'd love to see this feature anytime soon, but wonder how useful it is for others since OS X Address book seems to be one of the few to support this standard. An intermediate solution would also be cool. Sorry I now see this feature is already there. Thanks FAC :)
tomcoady replied on February 01, 2008 17:25 to the question "turnover expenses" in FreeAgent Central:
Thanks @stuart - I wasn't planning a massive over-claim, but pick on the higher end of the 3 figures I have heard from accountants, and then maybe some other legit sources such as some hints I already got from @ed
I realise it's a false economy not using a good accountant, but really my maximum tax is unlikely to overshoot my allowance, such was the poor performance of the business in the first year, but this year I hope to get one if I can find one who will work with FAC.

Thanks very much Ed. I appreciate you're not allowed to give financial advice per se but as I am too mean to employ an accountant I am grateful for any hints I can get, and this answers my question enough so I can complete my return today. Just one other thing: the use of home appears to report as 100% deductable. This is OK as I know it varies according to the number of rooms etc. as well as according to each accountant who tend to be more conservative than I might. Just understood what box 3.26 is - I thought it was on FAC not HRMC.gov

turnover expensesGuess who is leaving SA to the last minute? I got the figures I need except expenses allowable. I think I found the turnover but it's the only other info HMRC have asked for so I am just guessing it is gross income?
HMRC questions:
Turnover (including goods etc. taken for personal use)
Box 3.24A plus any balancing charges entered in box 3.23
Expenses allowable for tax
