Integrate Topics with Zimbra Tags

I'm trying out Postbox with our Zimbra server and so far I'm happy with the experience.

The one thong I'm missing for Postbox to pick up on the Tags I've used in Zimbra and also let me tag new emails with them and rely that tag back to the Zimbra server.

It would be great with an rss feed with updates/changes to everything I've got access to. Then I'd be able to keep track without going to the site.

Symphonical basically helps me get the job done by taking care of structuring my thoughts so I can focus on the matter at hand.

The bottom line is that I'm very happy with this tool that lets me decide how my information and work flow should be instead of forcing some predefined "do it this way" nonsense down my throat!

I believe the option of setting a due date should be natively available on notes without having to go through that procedure for every wall

When someone is set as responsible for a note, the note should automatically be labeled with todo

I'd like a "note" that is default in the system and available everywhere like the "Find" function is. The general idea is to have a note readily available to jot down whatever springs to mind without having to "leave the scene of the crime". The "note" should be toggled on/off with a button along the lines for the behavior "Find" has.

With this "note" in place I could stay focused on the task at hand and still write down whatever it is. Also I would not have to be afraid of forgetting whatever it was that occurred to me by waiting until I get finished with whatever I going at.

An example, I was setting up a new arena earlier and came up with an idea for something I wanted to find out if was possible in Symphonical, and really needed to able to write in down without leaving what I was doing, or going to another application. The point being that with this "note" feature the things I've noted down their would always be available whatever I'm doing and wherever I'm doing it in Symphonical...

Export all walls in an room

A function at the arena level to export all the walls in that room. Nothing new and fancy just a way to export all the walls without having to enter into every single one of them.
