Getting error messages when creating filters

I am trying to add filters and keep getting error messages. My filters are only one word and not too complicated. I have to try 3-4 times to get a filter to work. Is this temporary or a bug? Thanks!

We released a patch for invite this morning and Facebook import was one of the features we fixed/enhanced. Can you try your Facebook import again and let me know how it goes? Thanks for working thru this with us!

Hello Higs - thanks for taking the time to tell us about the link that didn't work. Part of what drives What'sUp on iggli's site is a feed from sources that aggregate thousands of live events (and their related info) from all over the country. Every now and then that feed includes an incomplete link. We're sorry you experienced this and we've let our partner know so they can address it. Please let us know if it happens again!

Hi Alexz - I'm so sorry you are still having problems. I have a few questions that will help us figure out how to help you. Is the site not loading at all for you or does it hang? Do you get an error message? If so, can you email that to me at holly@iggli.com? What browser are you using? Right now, What'sUp is supported on IE 7.0, Safari 3.0 and Firefox 2.0. You can also just give us a call at 303-440-0211 and we'll try to work it out.

Hi DARTHD - We're totally with you! Being able to search by date ranges is definitely in the road map for the product. Lots of folks want this and we're busy working to see how quickly we can build it into the product. It just didn't make it into the first beta phase. Stay tuned!

Ahhhh yes. Having the icon on the iPhone home screen makes it super easy to get to, especially if you need info in a hurry or use it over and over. Here's what you do: Open the What'sUp? app on your iPhone. See that white plus sign at the bottom of your iPhone screen? Tap that. You'll see some choices - tap "Add to Home Screen". A custom What'sUp icon will automatically get added to your iPhone home screen. Voila!
