Thanks for the suggestion Wade. One way you can accomplish this is to disconnect from your energy provider, then select manual entry and enter in your historical data. Once your historical data is entered, reconnect to your utility. Where and if there is any overlap in the months entered, the system will use the utility provided data over the manually entered data. Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Travis

Hi josham,
Thanks for providing your feedback. You indicated that you entered your SCL data a few months ago. Do you know when it was entered? SCL was not available for connections prior to October, so I want to be sure we are talking about the same data.
If you are willing to share some additional information I can research it and discover what may be causing the issue. Please email hohmpriv@microsoft.com and I would be happy to investigate it further.
Thanks again for using Hohm,
Travis

Thanks for the feeback Charlie. We consider square footage in providing energy breakdown charts, however, we do not display it to the user in terms of sqare footage. This could be a future feature. With regard to the other issues, you will want to insure that you have rerun your energy report after you have updated your home profile to pick up your changes to you description. Please let us know if this has already been done. Thanks for using Hohm.
