Although the agent on the phone said a manager would have to call to delete an account and I couldn't delete funding sources, an email from Donell in support had it all sorted in minutes. Well done! I also appreciated Mike's attention to the issue. Thanks!

Great idea and site. But how come I can't delete a redundant savings account set up in error (the agent told me a manager would call me the next day)? Also, how come inactive funding sources cannot be removed (that's what the agent on the phone told me)? I'm not crazy about the info just sitting there. Seems like customers should have a bit more control.
