A comment on the problem "is something wrong with my site?" in Yola:
Hi Emmy,
I'm using a google feed creator when this is produced it gives a incorrect URL - see here 'new business @ hexham.info' http://hexham.info/forum
It was the 404 page thing i wanted to ask Yola about more - i'll check with Google and see if the other issue is something i have done iwth their settings, if its not i'll get back to you. – UK Duke, on December 04, 2009 19:47

The more videos the better - good news.
However with more videos being added i think you have to think about re designing the yola.tv site.
I have spent less that an hour knocking this up http://yolatvdesign.yolasite.com/
If i had a week or so to work on it i could make it much better.
Let me know what you think, i think it suits the style of Yola and the yola.tv brand much better than the exsisting site.

A comment on the problem "somethings wrong with my live site." in Yola:
Hi Sean,
Its back, it was off for about 2 minutes, not a firewall or internet connection becuase all other sites worked including the sitebuilder.
Maybe check the servers see if they reported an error.
All's well that ends well :)
Thanks Lee. – UK Duke, on December 04, 2009 07:36

it looks amazing - well done.
It would look even better with transaprent images - theres a good collection here http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/...
Don't forget me when your a high paid web designer :)
I know a little code trick to get rid of the google cutom search text so its just a clean box if you want it ask.
As for the codes, im currently working on the same thing - i have the codes in a custom box but they will not dynamically update although they should -- as soon as i figure it out i'll let you know.

h2 {
font-family: arial;
font-size: 26px;
color: #3b5998
} – UK Duke, on December 03, 2009 13:30

the css if its added straight to the page will need to be wrapped in these
<style type="text/css">
css goes here.
</style> – UK Duke, on December 03, 2009 13:25

John, you could try and delete that file you mention above from your file manager.
Your not using Chrome are you?
Have you tested it in another browser see if it still happens?

A comment on the question "How can i get the same background?" in Yola:
it wont break your page dont worry, only conflicts can cause issues, if you add correct css it wont do any harm.
I have rounded corners on some of my pages - check them out here http://hexham.info/corkysphotos – UK Duke, on December 03, 2009 11:49

A comment on the question "Trying out Music code" in Yola:
Randy i try'd a while back and it did'nt always work depending on browser set up.
When adding music to your site - it has to be an option i.e. dont play it from the page load.
This is the best site i have found for making cool little music players, http://muzicons.com/ - not perfect for playlist set ups but nice looking little players.
Whatever you use when applying it always make sure the file is available from its URL.

Adam,
They have achieved this with the use of a rounded corner div and then 4 little ones inside that - it's a very nice design.
It looks extra nice cause they have added little graphic techniques to highlight the edges and the small 4 boxs in the middle have a wave gradient effect, i wish i could design like that but its not my thing.
To start and understand it, you could have a look here http://www.cssjuice.com/25-rounded-co...

Hi Adam i'm glad you got it working,
You should be able to change the colour, could you change it in the old style you had?
check the code is still intact, the heading colour is here
h1 a, h2 a, h3 a, h4 a, h5 a, h6 a{color: #3b5998; font-family: 'arial'; font-weight: bold; font-size: 20px;}
make sure the ; comes after it and the colour code is correct.
It might be worth pasting all the code in again from here just to test it.

A comment on the question "Oops... my bad." in Yola:
Connor - what your missing is that google will only show you what it has indexed and from that indexed content what links it trys to follow.
If its not indexed it wont show up - the program Ed gives is a much more comprehensive tool. – UK Duke, on December 02, 2009 23:25
