Glad that worked! (I tried that as well, and even tried a hard uninstall using revo uninstaller.. no luck for me..)

To add more color - I tried Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the Prezi Desktop, and blast away all registry entries and leftover files, so I can get a clean install of the Desktop. Reinstalled Prezi desktop. Signed in with my Pro Account. The desktop still doesn't recognize me as a pro user. (Although it does think I have a "new" trial, and gave me 3 more trial chances to create offline prezis.. but I'm still in trial mode.)

Thanks Rob for taking the time to respond. My issue is that my offline player still thinks I'm in trial mode, so it (a) won't sync, and (b) won't let me create new prezis (since I've exhausted my 3 chances permitted by the trial to create a prezi). I had installed and used the trial offline editor. I then upgraded to prezi pro. Prezi.com/my recognizes me as a Pro user. However, my offline editor does not (and therefore I cannot synchronize, create new prezis offline, etc. How do I have my offline editor recognize me as a Pro user?
