it is probably the cache holding the old titles. you dont have to do anything ..
(should be fine in 4-5 hours)

your posts holds images, i can switch your recommendation to images recommendations (like thumbnails of images) from your site.

i believe this is one of your plugins, and since you have one too many, i can't test them all, but i suspect real-time- find-and-replace.

so u have 3 options :

1. to start playing shutting plugins and check, and then reactive them.
2. to install us on the template and not using plugins menu
3. to remove us (this will be sad for us :( )

you see, to get the post titles and stuff we are using feed and page title.
one of those (the page post title or feed post title) is doing this.

usually its the rss feed that do that, you can try to configure it to show titles well. or use an external feed rss supplier (it can be done in all of the platform)

anyway, add your site url so i can help you specifically .

second, no matter what is the reason of showing the post (search, read more, archive), implementation souled supply a clean, purify and unique permalink.

this is mandatory for a fast identification of the post.

Outbrain is parsing the url, but machine can't always determine what is a new post or same post according to a often-change permalink.

Integeration with superBlogger was done without our interference, usually we bless those kind of initiatives - if its done correctly.

this one has a problem :
instead of giving us the right permalink :

(just use the view source on your browser)

I saw u sent them a post on their forum
this is no doubt the first option
