Ok. I am not sure if you noticed but there is a yellow banner in the upper right hand corner that says "1 & 1 is not affiliated with Get Satisfaction". That means that no official 1 & 1 employees monitor this forum. So if you want to submit this concern you shouldn't do it here.

Yes you can. That is, if you havn't changed it before. Go to your "Account settings" It will have a section near the top that talks about your getsatisfaction url. Edit it there but make sure you get it just right because you can only custimize this once.

Well youversion.com is set up to redirect when it detects a browser that wouldn't display it correctly.

Lets see, your using Hotmail right? In Hotmail select "Options". Then "Safe and Blocked Senders", then "Blocked Senders". Then make sure getsatisfaction's isn't on there. All the different companies emails are sent from different email accounts. – Will Weeks, on November 18, 2009 23:23

Just a thought, but some email providers have a list on which there are email address that they won't even deliever to you. Not even to a spam folder. You might want to make sure yours isn't doing that. – Will Weeks, on November 18, 2009 23:08

To login go to http://www.youversion.com/sign-in or click the "Sign in" in the right hand upper corner of any youversion (except for 404) page. Did you use any punctuation?
