OH man. There are alot of things that can cause this problem. So what we can do is try to figure out what exactly happens through process of elimination. First I would like to know. Are you getting a signal when you record (are the bars on the side of the record button moving)?

Hi this is Sean from snapvine. You don't have to do anything for their picture to show up, but your friends do. First, they have to upload their photo into their account. Then they have to validate their phone to their account. Once that's done all the messages that they leave will have their pic and name attached to their messages.

Right now there isnt a way to specifficly make your messages private. The only way at this moment, is to have your friends set the messages you sent them to "private". We're working on that feature as we speek so please check back on us soon.

You can delete a comment you left for someone else by visiting their profile and clicking the "X" next to the voice comment you want to delete.

Snapvine is free but keep in mind that you might get charged from your phone company for dialing out. Dont worry though international calls arent required. It all depends on your phone plan. Most cell phone plans dont even charge long distance if you dial out in your country. So please check out the charges and fees about long distance calls.

Your phone isn't linked to your account. All you have to do is log into your account and click the my moble link from there follow the given directions and validate your phone to the account by calling in. After youve done that your pic and name will show up after leaving every message.

How do I install a voice player on my social network page?

All you have to do is click the "widgets" tab and from there you'll be given three options to choose from. Click what type of widget you want, then choose your favorite skin. From there just follow the given directions to install the player on your site.
