its been long overdue (by 4 weeks to be exact) and you have been kind enough to take heed of the fact

well its not hard to find any info on this explaining my situation - however here is my original post. and BTW i do not know what you mean by glengarry... :S also i am not in the leaat trying to be offensive - you would be doing the exact same if you recieved the unfairness iv recieved for over 3 weeks and counting

here it is:

i have just tried to log onto my account (xsdc80) like any other normal day and had noticed it had been cancelled. i began to wonder why indeed it had been cancelled and went onto my email that my account was conected to for the first time in ages (as i dont bother using the email on a regular basis) it was then i had noticed you had sent me an email at first saying it had been cancelled and then that i was to recieve a warning. the reason being i had uploaded a video with the description 'Janet Jackson "Feedback" (Official HQ Uncensored)'. now i have watched it back and have asked many friends to watch it and to be honest there is absoluteley no content in it wich is deemed innapropriate - it wasnt to long ago this was a major hit and was on tv music shows and radio everywhere - there is no nudity, swearing or anything that may be deemed innaproriate at all - otherwise i think it would have been banned from broadcasting and airwaves. i would urge you to watch the video and then make the decision again as i cant help think it was deemed innapropriate because the word "uncensored" was included in the title by whoever had uploaded the content to youtube in the first place. i think this is unneccerrsary and plea for you to let me gain access to my account as i have built up a good friend base etc and did alot of input into the profile which has taken alot of time - not for one moment would i purposeley be offensive as you can tell from the groups, bands and my own content input. i also have some stuff on there that is personal and have no back up as well as dedicating alot of time and effort into it. it should also be noted that others who have uploaded the same content still have their profiles going as well as the video being allowed on the website itself (i know this as it tells you under the video who else has added it to their profile. this is bang out of order and seems its personal when your the only one being picked on - personally i think its a bad excuse.

they should be reprimanded with their behaviour - infact i may have to look further into this now - i shall forward everything on this page also as evidence into my complaint so its not tainted in any way shape or form

a little bit of research should guide me on who i should be contacting outwith bebo so i can be treated with respect :|

im hardly being offensive - if that was the case id be making lame remarks about their mother but im not

what you have to bare in mind is that i have been waiting for almost 4 weeks at present for any sort of help outwith this forum and gave up remembering my ps n qs after the second week

if being truthfull is considered being offensive when the fact of the matter is i am only going by my and am sure many others experience - so be it ;)

truth is what it is whatever way you look at it remember - no pussyfooting around!!

especially when all you have to go by is words on a screen - there is no "rose tinted" way to say things when it is what it is
