We had one user that was able to identify the corrupt font and took it out to resolve this issue.

Hi, Joel.
I've talked with Bear - If you have not done this already, the best thing is to clear out your cookies. Not accessing the site and getting a 401 error message indicates that there's an invalid session cookie that's saved in your browser. Essentially, the browser is trying to access the site with the wrong or outdated authentication.
