I don't know if this is a recent development, but I haven't noticed it until recently. When posting a message via Ping.fm through a third-party client (Twhirl and Tweetie), if my message contains square brackets "[]" the message before the brackets gets chopped off. If I post through the dashboard, no problems. Is this an API problem, a client problem, or what?
facebook pages (not profiles) isnt working.. i try to add my page and i get this screen even tho i have added the app to my page
then i click to add and i get a facebook app page error message - "The developer of this application does not currently allow it to be added."
ps: yes, i have read and done the published workarounds (uncheck the publish to stream setting) .. i have removed ping.fm and tried adding it again in a variety of combinations.. its just not working for me.. please help.
Hi there, why are you doing a Redirect via Meta Refresh on the Short URLs (ping.fm/...)? this is very bad from SEO point of view because it doesn't pass generated link juice. You should better be using a "301 Redirect". Would be awesome, otherwise it wouldnt make much sense to use ping.fm for me (and many other SEOs i reckon)

I just posted two status updates to Plurk using ping.fm (one via the Jabber IM interface and one directly from the ping.fm website) and they don't show up in Plurk.
Does anyone know what's up with that? Or did I just not wait long enough? I know waited like 5 minutes.
I'm wondering if there is a plugin or bit of code that would allow me to display a little grid or just the most recent uploads from my media on a blog. Flickr allows you to display a customizable amount of recent photos on a blog, and I'm hoping that Ping.fm will allow users to do the same!
How to include photo in micro-blog? I'm using TwitterFeed to post ping.fm. This is my feed url: http://feeds.feedburner.com/padtube/n... that i used on TwitterFeed
