Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!

I removed the Facebook application from my profile. I installed the Ping.fm Facebook Pages Application. I made sure no settings were activated on my profile. I activated the setting on the Pages Application. I get what appears to be the final step window with my pages listed. I check the box next to the Page I want. The Update Settings box is not able to be clicked. I do show Permissions Set beside the Page but I cannot click update the settings. Is this what is holding me up?

This will be wonderful once it is working. Can you please offer some customer support for your Facebook Application? Thank you.
