The dashboard has forgotten my social networks and is rejecting my posts.

I just tried to post via the dashboard and I got an email back from ping.fm saying my post failed:

You recently tried posting a message through Ping.fm, but you forgot to add your social services to your account!

Until you add at least one social service, you will continue to see this message.

I've been posting to over a dozen services via the dashboard over the past several months so I was surprised to see this. I just checked and the dashboard does indicate that all my services are still configured for posting. What happened?

I checked and my post did not show up on my 'recent posts' page either so it didn't go through.
