Why I can't upload videos to ping.fm by e-mail from my cell phone.

Why I can send images by e-mail and not low bitrate video form my cell phone? Why I can't upload images from ping.fm web form.

  THe media uploads are still immature. We're working on system improvements on these. Will be very soon.

  Will be a good idea if you'll use youtube API for this propose, at least until you've finished working on "the media uploads".
  
  If i could add my youtube account to ping.fm and send a video e-mail all you have to do will be to take the text and post it along with the youtube URL using the API.
  
  This way everybody will be happy.
  
  I know isn't that simple but is totally doable.
