Is there a way to forward a recently uploaded photo to a pipe?
Don't see a way to forward an already uploaded photo to a pipe, short of forwarding via ShareThis email to my PixelPipe address and resetting my default pipes.
Also, how does one specify a routing tag when uploading from the iPhone app?

Inappropriate?I feel this is an important feature. You should be able to upload a file, even with no destination specified. Then, you should be able to login, select all the destinations for that item, add all the appropriate titles, tags, and comments, then send it on.
