Response counts show 'new' when there are none

I've had this happening off and on for a while, as well as responses not showing up.

I read my responses and then they pop up as new again...mine and other's responses as well.

I've seen this happening all morning. mobile version is showing read when they haven't been, unless you have replied to the plurk in the past.

I've tried refreshing my browser far too many times already, but it didn't do the trick.

We all seem to be in the same annoying, leaky boat.

Okay, now I'm officially annoyed. Annoyed enough to put a complaint here which I don't usually do. I usually shrug my shoulders and figure it will right itself in time. I've made all of 3 replies to stuff already on my timeline and about 30 seconds later, it signals me there's something new in those plurks. Is there? NO....it's my own damn reply!

Now I'm even more annoyed because my responses keep on showing up as new....again....and again....and again.....and again.....Get the picture?!

Chiming in—*every* message to which I reply is re-marked as unread after 10–15 seconds.

If Nethead has a problem, I has a problem. Plain and simple. Please fix it... not for me... but for Nethead. kthnxbai

This is quite annoying. Not only are replies popping up as new even after I've read them twice, but my own replies are showing as new.

I know I just replied - I don't need a 'new' notification to tell me that I just replied to a thread.

it may just be me getting more annoyed, but I think the problem is getting worse. my replies are pinging as new replies over and over and over and over within a very short time.

This should be fixed now, and I have various reports that it is (including my own experience).

well, just now I left a comment on someone's plurk, and in the timeline it showed my reply 2x but did not show someone else's reply at all. I had to go to that plurk's page to see the conversation correctly. This was within the past 10 minutes.
