could you give me a bit more information about what is not working for you? have you logged into the pokenHUB (signed in to your account through www.doyoupoken.com)? once you are logged in your account, you should detect the poken device in your usb port by clicking on the orange 'detect' button in the top right corner. once the poken device is detected, it will upload all contacts into your timeline.

I did exactly what you've suggested. I plugged in the device to my usb. I detected it and nothing! There's nothing in my timeline. I really want to introduce this product to my various meetup groups and chamber of commerce but not if it doesn't work!

Inappropriate?Same problem here. Pokened about 10 people last night, 3 of them Poken Japan employees, but my timeline stops in August.
PokenHub says my devices is connected and I tried to re-sync several times. Each time it says it was already synced.

some users are experiencing problems synching contacts, and are 'missing' contacts in their timeline. we are working on resolving this bug asap and will have it fixed with the next site update. rest assured that none of your contacts are lost, they will reappear.
