Inappropriate?Sorry about that, but thanks for the heads-up. We think this is fixed now. If you want to give it another try, it should work now.
Let me know if you still have problems. -
Inappropriate? That worked but now when I try to logout, I get the error:
Unknown Error 500
We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.
When returning to the site, I find that I'm still logged in. -
Inappropriate?Yeah we had to reboot the server...might want to give it a couple minutes and try again.
-
Inappropriate?Cool...we're working on some things related to that to be sure it's fixed right, so you might experience a little flaky behavior there in the next few mins. We should have it wrapped up shortly though. If you still have problems throughout the day, please let me know and we'll take care of it.

Inappropriate?Whenever I save my OpenID, (http://id.jameswilliams.me), the site changes it to http://id.jameswilliams.me/index.php . It's true that my Open ID is provided by index.php, but the server automatically serves index.php when accessing the root. This works transparently on every other site I use it on. Politics4All is the only one that insists on using the php page as part of the ID.
Since .php is an implementation-detail, it's subject to change if I ever update my OpenID script to another language (or suddenly start using delegation).

Inappropriate?I think we have this resolved for you...and shouldn't occur moving forward. Sorry the app's been giving you problems but I appreciate your bringing them to our attention. This issue should also be fixed for everyone as we move forward, but if you experience it again, as always, let us know and we'll address it.
Thanks again. -
Inappropriate?Fantastic: it's working perfectly now.
Also, I don't mind the problems in an early system. It's part of the fun. (And my non-standardness (everything from hosting my own OpenID provider to using a .me domain for my webpage and email) tends to bring those problems out; I kind of do it to myself...)
I’m satisfied
