Messages attributed to wrong conversations

Here's a screenshot of the issue I posted in another post. Since the upgrade to 1.0b7 Postbox has been erroneously lumping messages into conversations/threads with unrelated emails. In fact, as I was typing this message and an email notification came in from Get Satisfaction and it was lumped in with an unrelated work email.
