Recently active topics in Rebtel

I have now tried in FF 3.04, IE 7.0 and Opera 9.62 and it seems adding a new contact is broken. You can add all the details it gives you a number but it does not save, instead it goes in to an endless loop and lets you wait and wait and wait...

As much as I like the Rebtel service (I have referred the service to over a dozen friends), I am incredibly unsatisfied with Rebtel's business practices with regards to email marketing.

When I tried unsubscribing in July, I received a confirmation that I was removed from list "July_eng_rebtel_08".
When I tried unsubscribing in September, I received a confirmation that I was removed from list "rebtel_eng_newsletter_sept_2008".
When I tried unsubscribing earlier this month, I received a confirmation that I was removed from list "newsletter_bouble_your_money_english".
When I tried unsubscribing a couple minutes ago, I received a confirmation that I was removed from list "features_211008".

But I was never removed from "from all future mailings from Rebtel", as the unsubscribe link tells me I am.

This leads me to believe that each email is sent from a new newsletter account, thus ignoring user settings on previous newsletters (which are sent from different newsletters accounts). The proper procedure would be to send all emails from the same newsletter account.

I had used the landline number for one rebtel account and then cancelled but later thought to come back but I am getting 'there is a problem connecting this number' while connecting any rebtel number from the landline.

I am unable to use tell my friends feature... I mailed them so many times but they never receive the invitation to join... Why?

im a regular rebtel user, i was using my debit card all this while, a couple of days ago, my bank a/c didnt have sufficient funds on it so i tried to use my friends card and my a/c got blocked, how can i re activate/unblock my a/c as soon as possible,

I have tried to pay more than once with cc and no luck. I read on your forums others that have the same trouble. I would love to use your service but not sure if I want to use a 3rd party to pay you. Any way I can do this??? I have had my card work a few times before...
