Cancled number is actually not cancled?

Hi, I had registed with my nummber: [private information removed] and later cancled, and then registed another one [private information removed], but when I try to add the old nummer as my phone number, it said this number is already in use, but when i try to log in with the [private information removed] it said this number is not registed. But what should I do now, [private information removed] is more often used, please help me!!
