the number that appears on the other party's screen is a VoIP number - will the other party get charged for anything than a local call charge?

Hi quiertoango,

Rebtel numbers are landline numbers in all countries except in Bahrain, South Africa and Singapore where they are non-geographical VoIP numbers.

Which country are you calling?
