How do I get a refund?
A month ago I complained about not being able to make calls from Cyprus to, actually, anywhere. The response from "Efi" in Rebtel was that Rebtel has a problem in Cyprus and Rebtel will notify me when the problem is solved. Rebtel did not notify me, and the problem is not solved.
