I have tried using 4 of my credit cards to charge rebtel account but all are failing
I am in great need to make a call but there is no balance in my account
I have used my bank of america debit card & remainin credit cards..

Inappropriate?Same here. I used to be able to use a certain card and now it stopped working. Tried another card same error and even paypal works. High level of security and now high number of rejected transactions and no one else topping up.
