My account got automatically recharged
Why does Rebtel take money from your account without your consent? They do, automatically,l when you are speaking, and you credit runs out, money is automatically transferred from the account you have there to your rebtel account even if you didn't want that to happen. This has happened to me twice now, $100 was taken from my checking account and credited to my rebtel account. I do not like rebtel because of this. This is very negative, i hope you all reading this will now be aware and get away from rebtel.

You are aware that we have an auto-topup feature? Could you please make sure that you didn't enable it by accident? Log in to your account, click on "Settings", then on "Payment details".

Inappropriate?make sure your settings for adding credit is not AUTOMATIC. You should change it to PAY AS YOU GO

Inappropriate?I have the same problem! it was a good thing that my credit card company caught it! And I checked my a/c status, it is 'pay as you go'.
Why does rebtel automatically recharge when we do not want it to happen that way???
