Rebtel's credit processing is annoying as hell!

My bank recently sent me a new credit card to replace the old one with a new number. So I am going to the add credit page and try to add credit with the new card. I get an error message that charging my card failed. So I try again, failure again. So I decide to use a different card in case there is a problem with the new card. Same story, a failure. I am waiting a week in case there is a problem with the processor and try again. Same error. I am sending customer service an email and get back a reply to try again since they have made some arrangements to my account and it should work now. Sounds good, right? Wrong.

Trying with one credit card, fails again. So I decide to try Paypal since I worry about running out of credit in my account. Getting an error that I tried too many times and that I should try after Monday Apr 6, 6:48PM. So I am trying again on Monday Apr 6, 7:10PM. Again the same error, try again after Monday Apr 6, 6:48PM. BUT IT IS ALREADY AFTER 6:48PM!

I have never seen a business that tries so hard to make it imossible for a customer to pay them money!

Get a clue! If you have such a terrible credit processor switch to a new one that actually works!

YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS' GOOD WILL!
