Payment issue
Rebtel's credit processing is annoying as hell!
My bank recently sent me a new credit card to replace the old one with a new number. So I am going to the add credit page and try to add credit with the new card. I get an error message that charging my card failed. So I try again, failure again. So I decide to use a different card in case there is a problem with the new card. Same story, a failure. I am waiting a week in case there is a problem with the processor and try again. Same error. I am sending customer service an email and get back a reply to try again since they have made some arrangements to my account and it should work now. Sounds good, right? Wrong.
Trying with one credit card, fails again. So I decide to try Paypal since I worry about running out of credit in my account. Getting an error that I tried too many times and that I should try after Monday Apr 6, 6:48PM. So I am trying again on Monday Apr 6, 7:10PM. Again the same error, try again after Monday Apr 6, 6:48PM. BUT IT IS ALREADY AFTER 6:48PM!
I have never seen a business that tries so hard to make it imossible for a customer to pay them money!
Get a clue! If you have such a terrible credit processor switch to a new one that actually works!
YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS' GOOD WILL!

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced obstacles to add credit.
This could be the possibilities that caused a failure while making a payment :
1- Your credit card is still new, and needs to be activated by your bank.
2- Failure in authentication by verified by VISA or MC.
3- Entering incorrect information as Address, Name, Expiry date...etc
However, to be able to look thoroughly on this, we require your Rebtel account details.

1. The credit cards are activated and in good standing
2. I have no problem verifying with any other merchant so it must be an issue with your system or card processor.
3. The information was verified by me multiple times
I did send my information to support@rebtel.com and issue was not resolved. Is this different then customerteam@rebtel.com?
