saying number already in use..but unable to log in..!!

I had registered in rebtel few months back...but didn't use much at that time...now i want use it again..but can't log in into my account....if I request for a new pin, its saying my number is not registered. But if I try to register as a new user, its saying the number is already registered.
What to do..??
Please help.
