why the rate of collect call is so high?
Dear Rebtel support team,
My fried called me from China using the collect call which costs $7.649 for 33.19 minutes! This is no rate explain for the collect call and also I'm not been told the rate before. The only information I got for the rate is only the one show on website which is "China - Mobile £0.012 £0.014 ". That is wired and absolutely should not happen!!! Anyone can explain this to me?
If the rate is different, Rebtel should tell everybody and let cusotmers know the rates are very different! - collect call is 20 times higher than the 'normail' rate!
I don't think it is fare enough!

The rate that applies for Collect Calls is the rate to your country.
Example: if your friend calls you from China to US, you get charged for the rate to US.
