Why would you take money out of bank account but will not give me credit on my rebtel acct
i was trying to add credit to one of my accounts, but i was unsuccessful with an error message" Payment Failed credit card info. being used on another account". Unfortunately to my Horror this mormning Rebtel has taken the money out of my credit card but havent credited me any minutes to my rebtel account. I have emailed the customer service team but no response and my Credit Card would not reverse the transactions until it post. HELP!!!!

Sometimes when payments go through, your bank makes a booking/reservation for the amount you selected. However, it has not been charged yet and it should be back on your account and available within a couple of days.

Inappropriate?i am also in the same situation. first of all i was frustrated that because i could not add credit into my phone to make int'l calls and now they have charged my bank account. i am also mad that there is no phone number that u can call to make complaints. also, i try to email but they have not replied me and this is my first time of using rebtel. can someone tell me if this is a legit website because this is my first time and you are really leaving very bad impressions and i am so mad and angry. if you don't reply me by monday morning i will cancel my account with you and tell all the friends that i have referred this website to cancel theirs too. i need to make very important int'l tomorrow afternoon.
