An hour in itunes? It can't be!

I wonder if there's something funny going on about how idle time is tracked. When I looked at my stats this week it showed a whole consecutive hour in itunes. I could of course be wrong, but I don't think that could possible be right. I wasn't watching a movie or anything. More likely just listening to music. But even if I was listening to music for an hour, wouldn't this time either be ignored (as idle if there was nothing else going on) or be tracked as something else (if I was doign something else on the computer)?
