Tag an entire site
I need to tag a whole domain... http://www.videosift.com has all sorts of subdomains (http://blog.videosift.com/, ect...). I don't want to have to tag every subdomain.

Inappropriate?Hi- Right now, manual is the only option. We're working on a better alternative.
I’m wishing for more hours in the day
-
Inappropriate? It'd be useful to at least do
- search untagged sites/apps... filtering the list
- apply tag(s) to them all -
Inappropriate?yeap, at least some option to search untagged and then select all :)
or option to add not single site like abcde.com to selected tag but *.abcde.com
use of wildcard would be really appreciated... I have plenty of entries to tag every day which are like news.abcde.com, fun.abcde.com , docs.abcde.com etc....
I’m annoyed by this problem every day
-
Inappropriate?Wildcarding, as Quleczka described, would be exactly what I would like to see.
I’m annoyed by this problem every day, too.
-
Inappropriate?I second wildcarding! (Or third, whatever # I am)
-
Inappropriate?Me too. I develop Ning sites for people, and so everytime add add a new domain -boom, gotta add it to work tab.
-
We're adding a search filter this release-- so you'll be able to filter a complete list of sites with things matching "ning" and then bulk tag 'em. We've got plans to make bulk tagging a little more powerful, but that'll hopefully make your life easier. (that's 1-2 weeks away!) -
Inappropriate? It would be really great if rescue time could just recognise when sites like (user).deviantart.com or (user).blogspot.com are actually just part of deviantart, or blogspot, or whatever, even if this was via an internal whitelist or even a local one. Makes a lot more sense than bulk tagging if it could be done, because often people who frequent such sites are visiting new subdomains all the time.
...Also, this might sound stupid, but how does one apply tags...?
I’m frustrated
