Dear Rezgo,

1) I would like to now how I can add an image to the text box: tour
details/description/overview? I have tried right mouse button 'insert/edit hyperlink', but this doesn't seem to work for me. I also tried inserting some html code into the overview text box, but it looks like you can't work with html here.

2) Also I would like to know how you can leave the text boxes empty, even if they have a 'required *'. If you for instance take a look at http://www.aspecialmemory.com/; you will see that the 'overview' tab has no text.

How should I use the API key in xml request?

I am trying to get info with a xml request, but I am getting the message below:

I need to create a site on Rezgo that lists only my products in the USVI. If I create that site, can my products from my current site be uploaded or copied over to the new site? I want the information in both places (yes, I have a reason), but I don't want to have to manually re-enter the information for each tour.

There was a problem regarding your payment. The payment gateway has responded with the following error: "Payment has been declined by the gateway"

Is there a way to exclude Check Availability Calender, Schedule, Media from the page?

who are your current members? are there dmo or tour operators currently marketing my area (tanzania / zanzibar)? can my company (registered in zanzibar) process credit card payments?

What is the optimal size for my tour photos? I want them to look as good as possible.

I have a couple of questions: (1) I have 9 price points listed for one tour and I need 2 more; how can I add them? (2) This tour cannot be booked more than 30 days in advance of its departure day; how do I set that up? Thanks!

A Rezgo tour and activity member recently described the following situation:

"I don't have a regular departure schedule, and have tours leaving at various days throughout the month. How do I manage my tours to show only those various departure days?"

We support this, but it requires some work. You can manage your single day inventory in two ways:

1. On the tour option, you have the opportunity to select "Availability" tab, you can then set the 'start date' and 'end date'. If you set the start date and end date as the one departure date, then that option would only show up for 1 day. You will then have to copy this option and adjust the start date and end date for each option for every day you are departing.



2. You can manage the availability in rules. By default you can set your tour availability to 0. and then create a rule that sets the availability for certain tour dates that will increase the availability. This will allow you to modify multiple inventory items with one rule, which will lower the number of tour options you have to create, but it may slow down the generation of the calendar.

Both options allow you to specify specific departure dates.

Recently a user asked if they could use their own domain for their Rezgo account:

Yes, you can point your own domain to your Rezgo account. It will appear as if the booking system is on your domain until the secure booking page, where it will go back to your Rezgo domain for security purposes (http://ABC.rezgo.com for example). You will need to have a Rezgo Pro account to use this feature.

Hi - I am suddenly getting the following error when I try to do a test booking on any of my tours (the error shows as soon as you click on the "book now" button):

Under Home ---Reports --- Passenger Manifest. I am unable to pull up a 'full manifest' for any of our trip dates...just the short checklist. Any thoughts?

Hi - I am trying to assign multiple categories to several different tours and it seems like it is only allowing me to have each tour under one category. For example, I have a zipline tour that I would like under "zipline", but also "adventure tour" and "eco-tour". How can I fix this?
