Attachments in emails in the back end
Hello Rezgo, just wondering if you could make it possible in a future update to add an attachment field to the emailing function?
I am asking this as we are using the system for Gift Certificates and it would make it easier if suppliers could attach the certificate to the response to the client instead of having to send a separate email from their email program.
Now, you might have a new function coming out in the future to deal with gift certificates - will attachments be available?

I ended up having a Skype call with Rezgo and we discussed how Rezgo could best address the gift certificate solution and I think it is on the map.
In the meantime we are still emailing the client from Outlook with the attached certificate.
Would be interested to know how you are doing it on your end?
I’m looking forward to gift vouchers with Rezgo!

Thanks for your reply. Currently we are in the process of selling Gift Cards that are reloadable with Sticky Street www.stickystreet.com
They are by far the cheapest I have found.
Anyhow, in regards to the attachments in Rezgo, I am very much looking forward to being able to do so, so that we can send clients a detailed confirmation PDF. In the meantime, we have to send them seperately. I was originally including the confirmation document info under "Additional info" when populating the trip info, however this was making the trip description much too long for prospective shoppers.
I am very happy with Rezgo, but in the future I would really l ike to see more back-end functionality than their currently is. In terms of the user interface, I have no complaints at all - very slick!

We are looking into a solution that will allow greater communication between supplier and customer, however we need to balance that ability with also protecting vendors that drive sales to suppliers sites.
We are upgrading Rezgo on a monthly basis and we are currently focused on launching our own payment gateway solution for the distribution network. We will keep you posted as time goes on as more functionality is added.
