Best way to manage "On Request" tours?
hello, we have few scheduled departures but most of the sales are "On Request". What is the best practice to set them up in Rezgo? We would like people to pay via Paypal after we have given the confirmation about availability. Show I write about that in the tour description?

To answer your question about unconfirmed bookings. Rezgo is designed to feature live availability for your customers. If you require a certain amount of sales before your limited availability tours departs, you should set your "Min Per-Booking" amount to that number. This would allow you to still offer the tour to larger groups.
If you are unable to guarantee that a tour is going to depart, I would not enter that tour into Rezgo, but would create an email request form so that people can inquire about your availability.
