Booking error - all bookings offline - Help!

Hi - I am suddenly getting the following error when I try to do a test booking on any of my tours (the error shows as soon as you click on the "book now" button):

Unrecoverable Error: Database connection failure.

Database responded: Too many connections

Please edit /inc/config.php and check your database settings.

Please help!!! Is this an issue with my computer or with rezgo?
