How does cancellation loop work (Rezgo/Supplier/Customer)
How are cancellations handled by the Rezgo system? Can a customer cancel online or do they need to call? How do we input that info into the system? What receipts/acknowledgments are sent?

Currently customers need to call in to cancel a booking. You will then be able to access the booking information in the back end of Rezgo. Here is a link on how to manage tour and activity bookings in Rezgo.
When you cancel a booking, you will have the option to notify the customer, or you can choose not to notify them of the change.
