Payment not processed
On October 29 I received a booking through Rezgo. However, payment has not been processed through PayPal; they have no record of payment. I just talked with them, and all they can tell me is that they have not received payment. They suggested that I get in touch with you and find out what to do on my end.

It looks like credit card capture was enabled instead of just using PayPal. However now PayPal is the only payment method. As this booking was not processed through PayPal, you will have to run it manually through your own payment gateway.

If you have a business account with PayPal you are able to accept credit cards through the system with Rezgo Free. Ensure that your account has been verified and you should be able to accept live payments.
