Print receipt option after booking
I noticed that once you have made a booking you get the option to 'print receipt'.
However, this doesn't seem to work in my case.
Or does this 'print receipt option' only work after you have actually taken care of the payment? If that's the case, maybe it is possible to make this more obvious ?

Hi Jason, the Print Receipt button is on the Booking receipt that is viewable to the customer. We are working on a similar feature for the back-end bookings. For now, the best option is to click on the transaction number next to the BOOKING DETAILS [123ABC - John Doe]. That will generate a summary that you can use to print a basic receipt.
I'm going to request that the "Print Summary" or "Print Customer Receipt" option be made more obvious in the back-end.

The print receipt button links you through to a printable version of the receipt. This option is available regardless of the booking status but does have the message at the top indicating if the booking has been fully paid or not. I tested it on one of your bookings and it appears to be working as intended. Can you describe what you mean when you say that it doesn't seem to work in your case?

hi Stephen, thanks for your reply. I see what you mean now, we were expecting the print receipt to open the window with 'printers', but it opens a printable version, which you can then print yourself.
