Recieving notifications.
When a customer makes a booking (front or back end) how can my staff be notified. Can you sync bookings with a calendar such as Outlook or the iPhone or iCal? Can text messages be sent? Can e-mails be sent to us to remind us of the tour a day before the tour takes place?

Inappropriate?The system sends a notification message to up to 5 email addresses. In the Settings > Company Profile you can set the primary administrative email account plus up to 3 additional email addresses. These email addresses will receive a notification for every tour that is booked.
In addition to this in the Inventory section, when you add or edit a tour, there is a field called "Copy Email" in the Summary tab. If you add an email address to this field, then the owner of the email address will receive a notification of the booking for that tour only.
I like your idea of the syncing with Outlook, iPhone or iCal. I will pass that on to the dev team for consideration.

I'm interested in the former as I seemed to have stopped receiving email notifications. I've re-saved my Company Profile settings in the hope that this might resolve it. -

The "Copy Email" field is located in the "Summary" tab when you add or edit tour details. We've received a few mentions of email notifications not being received. I will ask the dev team and see if we are being caught as spam. It is not consistent so my guess is that it is not a sending issue but a receiving/filtering issue.
