Unable to load new product.
This is the second day that I have been unable to upload my new activities to Rezgo. I get all the way through the Add Tour process, and then after I hit the Submit Tour button, I receive an error message that tells me I have left required fields blank, which I have not done.
The Geo Tag function is not working.
There is an error on the Location portion of the form: When I choose Virgin Island (Us) - which should be US - one of my "city" options is St. Johns, which is a town in Antigua. St. John is the island in the USVI. Also, St. Thomas is listed twice.
I was up at 5am, thinking that I could get online before your system got busy, but that did not help. I have a lot of product to load and had hoped to accomplish that sooner rather than later. Can you tell me if you are having problems with your system?

Inappropriate? The Geo-tag function bug has been identified and is being rolled out in a hotfix. I think the reason that you may not be able to add product is because the way the locations are handled is a little bit different now. We have added the ability to support multiple locations to each tour, but in order to do that we had to change the way the first location is handled as well. When you add a new location, you must click on the "+ Attach" button next to the drop down list in order to add it to the location. If you don't attach the location to the tour, then it will give you an error that a required field was not filled in. This is a brand new feature so we're in the process of adding the help documentation to go with it. I have notified the dev team about your location bug as well. As soon as I have an update, I will let you know.
Thanks again for your patience. -

Inappropriate? Thanks for the info, though it would have been handy to know about the new feature before I spent time loading tours that were rejected.
Thanks for fixing Geo-Spot - it works great. Any chance that a lat/long direct type-in function could ever be added?
St. Johns is stil listed as a location to attach in the USVI. -
Inappropriate?I apologize for the confusion the new feature may have caused. The multi-location support was part of a hot-fix that was not part of a formal release so it wasn't documented in the same way. That said, the support documentation is being updated with the new functionality so hopefully that should reduce any future issues.
Thanks for pointing out the problem with St. John, we have removed the duplicates for St. John as well as the misspellings. There is now only one St. John for the USVI as requested.
As a note, the location database is an aggregation of data from multiple sources so there may be misspellings and duplicates. If you do find any others, please do let us know and we can correct the data. There are over 12,800 locations in the database so help in verifying locations is always appreciated.
