Would like to customize our confirmation emails with content not visible on site
I would like to customize our confirmation emails to include content that I don't want to be visible until confirmation is complete (ex. detailed directions to our tours' starting points). Is that possible?

Inappropriate?There is no way to customize the system emails at this time. You can however send an email to the lead passenger of the tour by using the "Comment" feature on the Booking Details page. When you click on the "Comment" link in the upper right hand side, a pop-up window will appear. Choose "Email" from the drop down box. From here, you can cut and paste the information you want to send after the booking is complete.

I recommend you save the content of the message so you can refer to it for other bookings.
