Samsung Media Studio frozen, unable to transfer media to MP3 player
I recently bought a Samsung YP-S5 MP3 player and it arrived at my door yesterday evening. After installing the software (Samsung Media Studio) and transferring my songs to the MP3 player, everything seemed to be going fine. I had no crashes, no freezes, not even a loading time that was slightly too long.
That was until early this afternoon when I wanted to put a couple more songs onto my YP-S5. I opened Samsung Media Studio and as soon as I plugged my YP-S5 into my computer via the USB cable, Samsung Media Studio froze. Ever since then the software has frozen when I plug in the MP3 player, I cannot click on anything at all. I keep having to close it off through the Task Manager. The player itself doesn't seem to be affected by the freezing. The only effect I've noticed is that there is a message on the screen saying "Do not disconnect during the transfer" even though I haven't tried to transfer anything. This message appears as soon as I plug in the player.

Inappropriate?Still getting this problem. Tried re-installing and re-booting but it's still not working. The only work around I've found is to use Windows Media Player to sync.
I’m frustrated
