Recently active topics in Get Satisfaction

I'm concerned that Get Satisfaction appears to be "passing off" as other businesses in search results.

Take, for example, this page - http://getsatisfaction.com/brightonan... - whose page title is "Customer service & support for Brighton And Hove Buses". This would appear to attempt to quite wilfully mislead web users looking through Google results into believing that they've found a legitimate support area for Brighton And Hove Buses and not one offered by a third party.

I'm curious what others, and GS themselves, think about this, I'm sure it has been covered before...

Hi Get Satisfaction team,

I have some complaints about the image update.
(Only the "update", not the uploading in the first place.)

1. I can't add an image to an already created company. Huh?

2. If want to add an image to a product, I'm presented with the "choice" of "Update image" and "Save" (plus the "Save product" down there...), so what to choose?
Ok, one might know, that as he has clicked "Update image" in the first place, it must be "Save", but that's not clear nor intuitive! The "Update image" and "Save product" should be greyed out and (if possible) non-clickable after clicking "Update image" the first place!
This way it would be clear what to click and what not.

3. When uploading an image as addition, I'm never routed back to the products & services, but always presented with a stupid string, looking like that:

"/uploaded_images/1234/5678/imagename.jpg"

Please correct this behaviour! (IE 7 currently...)

I setup the help center php application, and it has trouble "staying in sync" with the service.
When I visit the main help center page the list of topics seems to be out of date (sometimes 2 replies when there is 3, etc.)

Each time I log in to access the dashboard, help center has to re "authenticate" with my get satisfaction account, and the API services menu fills up with multiple keys.
