Having a problem With an Unofficial Rep for Firefox

I'm having a real problem with Firefox 3 and there is an Unofficial rep for Firefox 3 named Thomas he is not helping. all he wants to do it defend Mozilla and Firefox and find blame with me. how do I get another rep for Firefox so I can get real help. this guy is making me want me to delete my Get Satisfaction account he is making me so confused. He really needs to be banned from this site or given a the rules on how to help people.

Bug: "how I'm feeling" covering entry field

When I started to responded to a topic, I clicked on the entry field and the "how does this make you feel?" widget moved up the page when I started typing and covered the entry field (so I could not see what I was typing).

I'm on Firefox on Win XP on a PC.
