Inappropriate?Hello Erin: Right now the main measure of influence in the application is the "importance" ranking of results, which is based on the inbound links to post and to mention. It's very helpful in making sure you see the most influential results for any search. We are planning on creating a "Scout Index" kind of measure which would show you at a glance, on a visual scale of 1-10, how important we think a post/piece of content is based on readership. This metric would include measures like inbound link count, traffic to source, # of followers, whatever metadata is appropriate for that social media type. You could also filter on this score, for instance "only show me the things that are 8 and above," or create lists like "show me the sites that score 10 or above for this search." The target release date for that kind of scoring is this fall. Is that what you are talking about? Let us know, because we're working on it now!

Inappropriate?Hi Catherine! I'd say early 2010. There are other features planned before it, however, this is subject to change. Coming up next are data upgrades and UI enhancements...We will be sure to let you know when this is moving along. Thanks!
