Language support for keywords
Hi! I would to ask about the effectiveness of the search on keyword in different language. Like say, Indonesia? Because it seems that none of the Indonesian keywords get picked up on my search. Thank you

The Scout Labs application is optimized for English-only right now. This would probably explain why your search for Indonesian words does not warrant many results. The reason for this is because we have built custom dictionaries for both Natural Language Processing and Sentiment Analysis, and we have not had the opportunity to develop multi-lingual capabilities in this area. Perhaps you would like to know that we are planning on expanding our language coverage by 2010. Please let me know if you have any other questions about this, or anything else.
